How much does Pausbox cost?
the "Lagom" HomeBox only costs 199 kr per month. The "Generös" HomeBox only costs 349 kr per month. For OfficeBox pricing, vist this page here. 

Which countries do you deliver to?
We offer free shipping to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

I haven't received my Pausbox, what can I do?
It can take between 2-5 working days to arrive once the boxes have left our hands. If it has gone a longer time than this, please contact us at support@pausbox.se.

What if a product is damaged when it is delivered?
We do everything we can to ensure that everything is in perfect condition when you get your box. But accidents can happen. If the accident has affected your box, please contact us by email at support@pausbox.se within 24 hours from the time you picked up your box. Then we will replace your product.

How do you send the boxes?
We send the boxes with Postnord - Varubrev

What do I do if I want to return a PausBox?
Please send a mail to support@pausbox.se within 5 days and tell them that you want to return and why. 

Within a few days after you send your request to return the box, you get an address label from us, paste it on the original box and mail it within seven (7) days. We will refund your money, less the return shipping, in the same account you paid from when we received the box provided that all the products are in the same condition as they were sent.

If you send back the box without an address label from us, we charge an administrative fee of 300 SEK, excluding the return shipping. So please, wait for the label from us.

Delivery
Possible shipping charges made in connection with the order could be applied for packages that are not picked up. We charge 250 kr for return shipping and administration costs.

Deliveries within Sweden
The delivery time is 2-5 business days from the specified shipment date, depending on availability.

Longer delivery times than indicated may occur during periods when we have high loads due to high order intake, inventory and product shortages or delays from the manufacturer, etc.

Transport Damaged Goods
Always check your parcel upon receipt. Any transport damage should be reported immediately to the carrier. Also contact us at support@pausbox.se

If at unpacking discover that an item is damaged you must contact Pausbox on support@pausbox.se within 24 hours for any return.

We are moving, can I change my delivery address?
Yes, log in to your "prenumerationskonto" and update your delivery address on "fakturering och leverans" page.

Will your boxes fit in my mailbox?
Your Pausbox will be sent directly to your home, if it does not fit in your mailbox, you will receive a note in the mail with instructions as to where you can pick up the delivery.If you have a mail box, it will most likely fit.

When will my first Pausbox arrive?
We send out the boxes in the middle of each month. When you sign up for a Pausbox subscription, your card will be charged directly. All subsequent electronic charges takes place on the same day each month until you decide to pause or cancel the service. When we send the boxes to you, you get an email saying that the box is on the way. If you also follow us in social media, you get hints on when it approaches.

Delivery and Payment Terms
Age requirement for orders
Customers under the age of 18 must have the consent of a guardian to be subscribed to the Pausbox service or to make one time purchases.

Pausbox is not held liable for VAT, currency and price changes, and other price-affecting factors outside of our control.

Pausbox is not responsible for the content of the products included in your Pausbox, it is each individual producer. See consumer information on the packaging.

Pausbox is not held liable against any typographical errors in text, photos and prices.

Payments
We accept VISA and MasterCard for private individuals and business accounts in Sweden. Our co-operation partners for all payments is PayWhirl and Stripe.

Credit/Debit Cards
When you choose to pay by card, you will do so through our PayWhirl/Stripe secure payment gateway. Then you fill in the card number and the Expiration Date (Month) and (year). CVC verification is also required when submitting your information.

PayWhirl/Stripe reserves the right, in individual cases, refuse the delivery and review the client's  creditworthiness.

Corporate Accounts
Businesses, organizations, and universities have the option to pay by 10-day invoice.

Late Payments
If you are late making a payment, we will send you a reminder, and a charge of 90 SEK will be added to the amount due. We charge a default interest rate of 2% per month from the original due date. In case of default, the case will be given to a statutory debt collection debt collection fee of currently 160 SEK.
